炭/炭复合材料的导热性能

摘    要:研究了影响炭/炭复合材料热导率的主要因素:炭纤维取向,热处理,热处理温度和CVD热解炭的显微结构.研究结果表明;在炭/炭复合材料中,影响炭/炭复合材料热导率的主要因素是CVD热解炭的显微结构;在不同CVD热解炭中,以RL结构为主的CVD热解炭,热导率最高;是否热处理对炭/炭复合材料的热导率有相当大的影响,但热处理温度的提高对炭/炭复合材料热导率的提高有限;纤维取向主要影响炭/炭复合材料不同方向上的热导率.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the main effects of the orientation of the carbon fiber, heat treatment, thetemperature of heat treatment and the microstructure of the pyrolytic carbon matrices on the thermal con-ductivity of carbon-carbon composites. The results show that it is the CVD pyrolytic carbon that deter-mines the thermal conductivity of carbon-carbon composites, the rough laminar pyrolytic carbon has thehighest thermal conductivity, heat treatment has good effect on carbon-carbon composites, hut it is limitedto increase the thermal conductivity of carbon-carbon composites by increasing the temperature of the heattreatment. The orientation of the carbon fiber has good effects on thermal conductivity of the carbon-car-bon composites at different directions.
