摘    要:本文着重介绍了高炉炼铁采用3H-TRT新技术,可以提高高炉顶压设定,结合高炉系统中高炉利用系数、焦比、鼓风机耗能以及TRT回收功率等因素的变化,对高炉的综合经济效益进行理论分析。

Abstract:As the research and application of highly accurate BF top pressure stability control technique, the setting value of BF top pressure, the smelting strength and the coke ratio are improved based on this, a new generation of 3H-TRT comes out. In this paper, changes of the consumption by the blower, the recovered power by the TRT, utilization factor as well as coke ratio after using 3H-TRT are analyzed. The result of comprehensive economic benefit are given, which is one of great support in the energy saving and environment protection for metallurgical enterprises.
