摘    要:按照E级船用结构钢板的技术要求及市场需求,通过合理的化学成分设计,结合控轧控冷工艺及正火热处理工艺成功开发了以正火状态交货的E级船板,其产品性能完全符合GB712-2000标准要求及各国船级社船规要求,得到了九国船级社的工厂认可。

Abstract:Based on the technical requirement and market demand, the grade E hull plate with normalizing delivery condition is successfully developed by reasonable chemical component design, combine with TMCP and normalizing process of which, the product quality fully conforms to the requirement of GB712-2000 standard and classification societies standard, and receives the approval of nine country classification societies.
