鞍钢高炉炉渣粘度的研究与优化

摘    要:在试验室对鞍钢高炉炉渣粘度进行了系统的研究与优化,选取高炉生产中的实际渣样作为实验基础渣样,以CaO、SiO2、Al2O3、MgO含量和二元碱度(R2)为因素,采用只改变某一因素,固定其他因素的交叉因素法,配制出不同碱度、不同MgO含量和不同Al2O3含量的渣样,分别进行粘度和熔化性温度的测定。结果表明:鞍钢高炉炉渣的最佳碱度R2应该在1.05~1.10,MgO含量在8%~10%,Al2O3含量小于14%。

Abstract:Study and optimization of viscosity on Ansteel BF slag is done in a laboratory with actual ironmaking BF slag as specimen. The content of CaO. SiO2.Al2O3. MgO and dualistic basicity are the variables. By changing one variable and keeping the rest constant, slag of different content of MgO and Al2O3, as well as different basicity are produced, their viscosity and melting temperature are mensurated respectively. The results showed that the best BF slag basicity should be between 1.05 and 1.10, with MgO content of between 8% to 10 % and Al2O3 less than 14%.
