钢厂尘泥的整体优化处理

摘    要:由于含有对高炉冶炼有害的锌,钢厂各种尘泥在钢厂内无法得到全部的综合回用,这不仅会造成环境污染,也是尘泥资源的巨大浪费。本文提出了对含铁尘泥整体优化处理的方案,即按其中锌含量的不同而将尘泥分类,从而采取不同的高效、合理的回收处理方案。

Abstract:The dust and sludge from steel plant cannot be properly utilized because it contents harmful zinc, which is not only the pollution to surroundings but also the large wastes of dust sludge. Solution of integral optimization utilization of dust and sludge is introduced in this article, which uses efficient recovery method according to its different zinc content of dust and sludge.
