摘    要:阐述了南阳汉冶特钢中厚板超声波探伤的攻关实践,总结出汉冶特钢中厚板探伤不合缺陷主要表现为非金属夹杂、中心偏析、内部裂纹等,并分析了产生上述缺陷的工艺原因。结合汉冶公司的自身装备、工艺实际,摸索出了钙化处理、过热度控制、堆垛缓冷等一系列有效解决中厚板探伤不合格的方法,最终使探伤不合格影响产品质量的局面得到有效遏制。

Abstract:The development in ultrasonic testing of steel plates in Nanyang Hanye Special Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was elaborated.The main defects in nonconformity in ultrasonic flaw detection were summarized as non-metallic inclusion,central segregation,internal crack and so on whose technology reason was analyzed.A series of effective ways was found to solve nonconformity in ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plates such as deposit treatment,overheat control,stacking for slow-cooling and so on,so that we effectively p...
