摘    要:总结了特厚规格高强钢在生产过程中的主要性能问题,分析了生产过程中导致性能不合格的主要因素。为解决厚规格高强钢冲击不合格的问题,选用不同坯型进行轧制试验,讨论了坯型选择及压下制度对高强度钢板低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,采用不同断面生产时,宽断面钢坯轧制钢板低温韧性优于窄断面钢坯;在相同生产工艺条件下可以通过调整坯型,增加纵轧道次压下率,提高钢板低温冲击韧性。

Abstract:The major mechanical property failures of high strength super- thick steel plate are summarized, and the factors caused the unqualified performance in the production process are analyzed. To solve the low- temperature impact failure of heavy plates, experiments of different slab model have been applied, and the influence of slab model and rolling schedule for low- temperature impact is discussed. The results show that when applying different cross- section in the production, the low- temperature impact toughness of wide- section slab is better than that of narrow- section. And under the condition of the same production process, adjusting the slab model and increasing the rate of longitudinal rolling reduction can improve the steel plate impact toughness at low temperature.
