摘    要:连铸坯免加热直接轧制工艺由于不经过加热炉,故比传统的连铸- 轧钢生产工艺节能减排且降低成本。介绍了免加热直接轧制的特点及关键技术,分析了窄窗口控制在直接轧制过程中的应用现状。针对提高产品质量的需要,预计将会出现大数据驱动的直接轧制窄窗口控制技术,其作用是能够解决炼钢- 连铸- 直轧过程中的温度及成分控制系统滞后性问题,这将为中国钢铁行业带来革命性变化。

Abstract:Due to the free- heating direct rolling process of continuous casting billet without the heating furnace, the energy and cost were saved and the emission was reduced compared with the conventional continuous casting- rolling process. The characteristics and key technologies of the free- heating direct rolling process were introduced, and the application of the narrow window control in the direct rolling process was analyzed. According to the improvement of the need for the product quality, the big data- driven direct rolling narrow window control technology was expected to emerge. With this technology, the lagging of the temperature and composition control system in the steel smelting- continuous casting- direct rolling process can be solved, which could be a revolutionary change to China’s steel industry.
