摘    要:铁矿烧结是钢铁行业SO2和NOx的主要排放源,采用氧化- 氨法工艺对铁矿烧结烟气进行协同脱硫脱硝研究。结果表明,预先氧化烧结烟气、提高吸收液中SO2-3初始质量浓度、pH值和增大液气比均有利于提高脱硫率和脱硝率,而烟气温度及烟气中NO质量浓度和SO2质量浓度的升高,均不利于烟气同时脱硫脱硝。在适宜的条件下,脱硫率和脱硝率分别达到97.95%和47.54%,烟气被氧化后进行氨法脱硫脱硝,最终脱硝产物为N2和NO-3。

Abstract:Iron ore sintering is the main source emission of SO2 and NOx. And the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technology of iron ore flue gas was studied by using pre- oxidized and ammonia process. The results showed that the pre- oxidation of the flues gas and the increase of the initial content of SO2-3 and the pH value of the absorption liquid and the ratio of liquid to gas were conducive to improving the desulfurization and denitration rates. Increasing the temperature or content of SO2 and NOx of flue gas was adverse to the desulfurization and denitration rates. The final denitration products were N2 and NO-3 after the pre- oxidized and ammonia process.
