钢铁联合企业蒸气系统节能研究

摘    要:分析了钢铁联合企业蒸气系统的构成、现状及存在的主要问题,剖析了蒸气系统的节能潜力;通过热力学 分析理论探讨了蒸气系统供汽、用汽的不合理性,采用能级匹配理论重点研究了不同品质蒸气的合理利用问题,提 出加强余热蒸气回收利用率、蒸气替代技术和发展热电冷联产等措施来提高蒸气系统的节能。研究结果表明: ①蒸 气的利用应符合能级匹配、梯级利用原则,以提高其利用效率;②深入分析蒸气系统的供汽、用汽特点,采用适当的节 能技术,建立蒸气管理系统,实现蒸气产、供、用一元化管理,有助于提高蒸气的利用价值、减少不必要的蒸气放散。

Abstract:Analyzing the iron and steel steam system structure, status and main problems, energy savings potential of steam system is founded. The irrationality in steam supply and usage was discussed, which focuses on the use of energy level matching the rational use of steam of different quality problems. Enhancing utilization of waste heat re- covery steam and steam alternative technologies are proposed, for example, the development of CCHP and other measures to improve steam system energy savings. The results show that:①the use of steam should be consistent with level matching, cascade utilization principle, to improve its efficiency;②in-depth analysis of the steam system characteristics, the use of appropriate energy-saving technologies, the establishment of steam management system, centralized management, will help improving the use value of steam and reducing emission.
