| Abstract: | The characteristics,structure and performance of on-line automatic inspection system for metal product surface defect are described by analyzing some typical systems.The key points,problems and solutions of metal surface automatic inspection are also discussed.It is pointed out that the machine vision method will play an important role in developing the surface quality control system for metal product surface defect inspection. |
