| 摘 要： | 研究了企业流程再造（BPR）与信息技术（IT）之间的关系，提出了企业流程再造须运用信息技术来帮助实现；讨论了在启动及实施BPR的过程中IT的作用，分析了实施再造过程中所遇到的障碍，并结合首钢公司业务流程再造的实施情况，探讨了使BPR获得成功的一些决定性因素。
