钢铁联合企业发电技术的研究

摘    要:电力是钢铁联合企业中消耗的重要能源,它在能源消耗结构中占20%。针对钢铁联合企业电力能量流动过程,建立了余热余能电力节点网络模型、分布式发电物理模型和集中式发电物理模型,提出了分布式和集中式相结合的发电模式,应用该模式发电能够实现钢铁企业余热余能就近回收、就近输送、就近使用,而且发电效率高,并通过实例说明其应用能够给企业带来可观的经济效益和社会效益,在企业中具有重要的推广价值。

Abstract:Power is an important consumption energy in iron and steel enterprise, which accounted for twenty percent of the energy consumption structure. In accordance with the power energy flow process in iron and steel enterprise, it has established the power node of waste heat and energy network model, physics model of distributed generation and physics model of centralized generation, and a combination of distributed and centralized power generation mode is proposed. The application of the mode ,it can make the nearest recycling waste heat and energy、transportation nearby、the nearest use in iron and steel enterprises and high power generation efficiency. Take an example to illustrate the application can bring considerable economic and social benefits. It has an important promotional value in iron and steel enterprise.
