莱钢3 200 m3 高炉提高喷煤量降低焦比实践

摘    要:为实现资源的合理利用,莱钢型钢3号炉实施烟煤与无烟煤混合喷吹,通过提高风温、增加富氧、提高顶 压、加强炉前管理、优化布料等一系列措施,高炉煤比稳步提高到170 kg/t,大焦比降低到300 kg/t,平均燃料比 515 kg/t,取得了良好效果。

Operation of Pulverized-Coal Injection's Increasing and Coke Ratio's Reducing at 3 200 m 3 Blast Furnace of Laisteel
Abstract:In order to realize the rational utility of resource, the third blast furnace of Laisteel implemented the mixed injection of bituminous coal and anthracite. By raising air temperature, increasing oxygen, heightening the top pres- sure, strengthening the management of furnace, optimizing burden and a series of other operations. A lot of great results were got, the ratio of injection coal steadily increased to 170 kg/t, the ratio of large coke reduced to 300 kg/t and the average ratio of fuel reduced to 515 kg/t.
