摘    要:低速重载大型齿轮箱都有低于0.01Hz的微冲击振动信号且难以提取,给诊断工作带来很大困难;而采用基于小波分层突变系数的趋势图和间接判断等方法来提取损坏零部件的早期故障特征,效果较好.它可为预知维修提供决策依据,防止突发故障.

Abstract:There is micro shock signal of lower than 0. 01 Hz in the low-speed and heavy-duty gearbox and it is difficult to be abstracted. This has become a difficult problem for fault diagnosis. In this article, the trend graphs of the saltation coefficient of the wavelet analysis and indirect estimation are used to abstract the fault characteristic of the early stage. The results show that these methods are very effective and an provide the determination foundation for the predictive maintenance.
