济钢全连轧工艺技术的优化与实践

摘    要:介绍了济钢第一小型轧钢厂全连续轧制工艺技术改造的基本情况;论述了在工艺技术改造中所采用的新工艺、新技术及其实施效果。该厂全连续轧制工艺技术改造后,不但实现了快速达产增效,且通过工艺优化使小型材产量大幅度提高、产品质量明显改善、成材率进一步提高;2004年小型材产量达到了90万t,2005年达到了117.2万t,综合成材率达到了101.82%。

Abstract:This paper introduces the technological improvement of fully continuous rolling, the application of advanced technologies in No. 1 small section rolling mill of Jigang and their effect. The target production and efficiency are quickly reached after reformation. Through the process optimization , the production is greatly increased, the quality is improved obviously and the product rate is further improved. The production of small sections reachs 900000 t in 2004 and 1 172 000 t in 2005, and the comprehensive product rate achieves 101.82%.
