热轧卷板表面“翘皮”的研究

摘    要:本文对承钢1780生产线热轧卷板“翘皮”缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,板坯表面横裂纹是造成卷板表面产生“翘皮”缺陷的主要原因,采用提高连铸机拉速,降低二次冷却强度,确保铸坯矫直温度避开第Ⅲ脆性区等措施,使得卷板表面质量得到了极大改善。

Abstract:The reasons of surface upwarping of hot rolled coil in 1780 production line of Chengde Iron and Steel Company was analyzed in this paper. The results show that the surface upwarping is caused by surface transversal crack of slab. The efficient measures were given, such as raise of casting speed, decrease of cooling intensity and the unbending temperature of slab beyond brittle zone No.3. The surface quality of coil was greatly improved.
