摘    要:阐述了分布式控制系统(distributed control system,简称DSC)在3×33 MV·A硅钙合金电炉、1×7.5 MW余热发电系统3台余热锅炉、6.5 MW汽轮机、7.5 MW发电机和电站电气系统中的应用,重点介绍了其技术可靠性的实现、热工自动化监控技术以及画面组态,对数据的采集、顺序控制系统和自动调节等相关技术问题进行了探讨。实践证明,该套DCS系统在大型硅钙电炉烟气余热发电系统的应用中,实现了可靠、安全、经济以及操作简单方便的目的,可作为类似工程参考。

Abstract:This paper expounded the DCS in application of 3×33 MV·A silicon calcium furnace、three waste heat boilers of 1×7.5 MW waste heat power generation system,6.5 MW turbine,7.5 MW generator and power plant electrical system,mainly introduced the realization of technology reliability,automatic monitoring technology of thermal and screen configuration,sequence of data collection,automatic regulation and control system and other related technical problems. The practice proved that the set of DCS system in application of large calcium silicon furnace flue gas waste heat power generation system has realized the purpose of reliable,safe,economic,simple and convenient operation,which can be taken as reference to similar projects.
