摘    要:Zn-Al-Mg镀层钢板具有优异的切口保护性能和耐大气腐蚀性能,但Zn-Al-Mg镀层的相组成至今尚存在争议。为了更好地控制Zn-Al-Mg镀层结构、镀层钢板的成形性和耐蚀性,利用SEM、XRD、GDS和TEM等设备分析了Zn-Al-Mg镀层钢板的微观组织,确定了Zn-Al-Mg镀层是由Zn、Al和MgZn2三相组成。通过TEM分析发现,Zn-Al-Mg镀层与钢板的界面存在厚度为0.01 μm的Al-Fe合金层和厚度为0.1 μm的Zn-Mg合金层。

Abstract:Zn-Al-Mg coated steels have excellent cut edge protection and atmospheric corrosion resistance, but the phase composition of Zn-Al-Mg coating is still controversial. In order to better control the coating structure, the formability and corrosion resistance of the coated steel sheet, the microstructure and phase structure of the Zn-Al-Mg coated steel sheet were analyzed in detail with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), glow discharge spectrum(GDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was determined that the Zn-Al-Mg coatings consisted of three phases such as Zn, Al and MgZn2. TEM analysis showed that there was an Al-Fe alloy layer with a thickness of 0.01 μm and a Zn-Mg alloy layer with a thickness of 0.1 μm at the interface between the coating and the steel plate.
