摘    要:分析了转炉半钢炼钢生产开吹、中期、补吹、溅渣4个阶段除尘系统发生泄爆的原因,泄爆主要发生在开吹点火阶段。从泄爆炉次与正常吹炼炉次开吹阶段的烟气变化来看,泄爆炉次着火时间晚、碳氧反应不充分,未充分燃烧的CO与富集的O_2在静电除尘器内混合达到泄爆条件。针对半钢炼钢留渣操作开吹打火困难的情形开发了氧氮复合点火技术,并通过规范头批渣料加入时机、二次下枪操作、补吹模式选择、溅渣物料种类与数量等操作,泄爆次数逐月减少,2013年6月以来平均月泄爆次数降低至2次以下。

Abstract:The causes of leakage and explosion of dry dusting system for converter steelmaking with semi steelmaking in the early, middle, and late phase of smelting and slag splashing were analyzed. The venting mainly occurred in the open blow phase. According to the flue gas composition changes of the venting explosion and normal blowing, due to blowing later and oxidations insufficient leads to the unburned carbon monoxide and oxygen- enriched enter electrostatic precipitator and mix up in venting conditions. According to the remaining slag operation for semi steel steelmaking leads to blowing later, developed oxygen and nitrogen compound blowing technology. Moreover, standard operation consists of first slag charge adding time, second falling lanc, blown pattern and the species and quantity of slag splashing. The venting times decreased month by month, and decreased to less than 2 times since June, 2013.
