泰钢1号高炉取消中心加焦的研究与实践

摘    要:对泰钢1号高炉成功实施取消中心加焦布料模式调整进行总结。重点对取消中心加焦的具体方法进行阐述,分析认为成功取消中心加焦操作,实施前确保炉缸良好的活跃状态是基础,原燃料质量的改善是保障,上、下部操作制度的优化调整是实现煤气流顺利转换的关键;通过前期制定缜密、详细的方案,实施过程中密切跟踪煤气流变化,及时修订操作参数,一次性成功实现了取消中心加焦操作,未出现滑尺、塌料、悬料、渣皮大量脱落等炉况波动。结果表明,取消中心加焦后,炉缸死焦堆变小,对改善铁水环流降低炉缸侧壁温度起到了重要作用;同时高炉煤气利用率提高,燃料比降低。

Abstract:The successful implementation of canceling central coking charging in Taisteel No.1 BF was summarized. The emphasis was on the specific method of canceling the central coke charging. It was considered that in order to successfully cancel the central coke charging, ensuring the good active state of the hearth before implementation was the foundation, the improvement of the raw fuel quality was the guarantee, and the optimization of the operation system of the upper and lower parts was the key to realize the smooth conversion of the gas flow. Through a careful and detailed plan in the early stage, the operation parameters were revised in time by closely following the change of gas flow in the process of implementation, and the central coke charging was successfully canceled at one time, without the slider, collapse, suspension, slag peeling and other furnace condition fluctuation. The results showed that the dead coke heap of the hearth becomes smaller after canceling the central coke charging, which played an important role in improving the hot metal circulation and reducing the sidewall temperature of the hearth, and at the same time, the utilization of blast furnace gas was increased and the fuel ratio was reduced.
