| 摘 要： | 介绍了宝钢1220新建电镀锡机组所采用的先进的工艺和设备,着重讨论了电阻软熔与感应软熔的区别和组合软熔温度控制曲线。组合软熔吸取了电阻软熔和感应软熔加热方法的优点,可以根据需要调整加热曲线,严格控制合金层的厚度,以获得高耐蚀性能的镀锡板。还重点比较了不溶性阳极系统相比可溶性阳极的优点,既可以减少锡的消耗,又提高镀层的表面质量,同时具有产能高、产品质量稳定及操作维护简单等优点。

| Abstract: | The advanced processing and equipment characteristics of Baosteel 1220 new electrolytic tin line were introduced. The difference between conduction reflow and induction reflow, and the temperature control curve of combined fellow were investigated emphatically. Combined reflow combines the advantages of conduction reflow and induction reflow. By adjusting the heating curve as needed, and controlling the thickness of the alloy layer, high cot rosion resistance tinning plate could get. The advantages of insoluble anode system compared to soluble anode were also discussed, which brought less consumption of tin, improved surface quality of plate, and increased production, stabilized product quality, simplified operation and maintenance. |
