钢渣-锰渣复混肥的制备、结构与性能

摘    要:为探索钢渣、锰渣多行业大宗固废耦合利用的可行之路,利用锰渣与钢渣的水化性能制备了钢渣-锰渣复混肥,并使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、荧光X射线(XRF)、紫外线分光光度计、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪等方法对复混肥的微观结构、物相、成分、浸出毒性及其他物理化学性能进行分析。结果表明,复混肥中钢渣、锰渣最佳质量比为9∶1,其堆积密度为1.019 g/cm3,表观密度为1.942 g/cm3,吸水率为15.23%,筒压强度为2.28 MPa,内部具有疏散毛细孔结构,主要物相为硅酸盐类、水合硅酸盐类、水合磷酸盐类、石英和硅酸二钙。该复混肥具有较高的Si、Ca、Fe、Mg等利于植物生长的中量元素和微量元素,其有效硅质量分数为18.876%,且毒性检测符合国家肥料检测标准。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasible way of coupling utilization of bulk solid waste in multiple industries of steel slag and manganese slag, this article uses the hydration properties of manganese slag and steel slag to prepare a steel slag-manganese slag compound fertilizer, and uses scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), fluorescence X-ray (XRF), ultraviolet spectrophotometer, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and other methods to analyze the microstructure, phase, composition, leaching toxicity and other physical and chemical properties of compound fertilizer. The results show that the best mass percentage of steel slag and manganese slag in compound fertilizer is 9∶1, the bulk density is 1.019 g/cm3, the apparent density is 1.942 g/cm3, the water absorption rate is 15.23%, and the barrel compression strength is 2.28 MPa, With evacuated capillary structure inside, the main phases are silicates, hydrated silicates, hydrated phosphates, quartz, and dicalcium silicate. The compound fertilizer has high Si, Ca, Fe, Mg and other medium and trace elements that are beneficial to plant growth, its effective silicon mass fraction is 18.876%, and its toxicity test complies with the national fertilizer testing standards.
