轧制温度和冷却速率对微合金钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:研究了轧制温度和冷却速率对含Nb、Ti微合金钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,第Ⅱ阶段的开轧温度对轧后钢板的晶粒和强度、塑性影响不大;随着终轧温度的降低,轧后平均晶粒尺寸减小、屈服强度和抗拉强度增加,但钢板的延伸率下降;提高冷却速率,钢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度提高,延伸率呈下降趋势。

Abstract:It is researched the influence of rolling temperature and cooling speed on structure and performance of Nb,Ti micro-alloyed steel.It is showed from the result that the starting rolling temperature of second stage has a little influence on grain size,strength and plasticity of after-rolling steel plate;along with reduce of end rolling temperature the after-rolling average grain size smaller,yield strength and tensile strength increase but elongation lower;with higher cooling speed yield strength and tensile ...
