摘    要:分析了Φ115mm Z20CrMoH钢齿轮毛坯正火处理后硬度不均匀的原因,采用等温正火工艺代替普通正火工艺后,齿轮毛坯得到了合适、均匀的硬度值,满足了切削加工工序对硬度的要求。

Abstract:It is analyzed the reason for non-homogeneous hardness in Φ 115mm Z20CrMoH gear blank after normalizing treating,and the problem solved with isothermal normalizing process adopted to replace the normal one.
