摘    要:研究了,刚高频红外碳硫仪测中碳铬铁、低碳铬铁合金中碳硫含量的方法,对空白值的扣除、试样加入量、助熔剂的选择及其配比、助熔剂的加入方式以及粉尘的影响进行了试验,确定了最佳分析条件,陔办法快速准确、相对标准偏差小,能够满足生产需要。

Abstract:It is researched the method to determine content of carbon and sulphur in medium-carbon or low-carbon ferrochromium alloy with high-frequency infra-red carbon-sulphur gauge.The tests are conducted for elimination of blank value,quantity of sample to add,selection and proportion of flux,adding way of flux and influence of powder dust,the best analysis condition is settled.The method is fast,accurate,and its relative standard difference small and can meet demand of production.
