| 摘 要： | 通过唐钢一炼铁厂高炉加粒煤的实验室准备及工业试验,确定了入炉粒煤品种及高炉加粒煤方法,得出了加入粒煤的置换比。在加粒煤工艺推广实施后,从高炉操作调剂上进一步完善,使之成为中、小高炉以煤代焦降低成本的有效途径。

| Abstract: | By laboratory preparation and through industrial experiment for adding grain coal in blast furnace of No.1 Ironworks of Tang Steel, the kind of grain coal put in the furnace and the method to do it are determined, the replacement rate in it worked out. After being spread the above process will be an effective way to substitute coke with coal to reduce cost if companied by improvement in furnace operation. |
