转炉挡渣出钢的改进研究

摘    要:对承钢150t转炉所用挡渣塞的密度和形貌进行了优化研究,使下渣量控制在40mm以内,并通过在出钢前加入一定量的混合炉渣改质剂,稠化炉渣,使挡渣效果进一步提高。

Abstract:The density and configuration of slag-stopping plug was optimized for 150 t converter of Cheng Gang to control the stopped slag within 40 mm.The slag-stopping effects can be further improved by thickening slag with upgrading mixture added to slag before tapping.
