摘    要:介绍了热连轧精轧过程氧化铁皮的演变规律和变形行为,得出了三次氧化铁皮的生长和变形规律。现场工艺试验结果表明,控制精轧阶段氧化铁皮厚度对于降低成品氧化铁皮厚度起主要作用;由于氧化铁皮的延伸率是轧件延伸率的0.5倍以下,氧化铁皮层在轧制过程中必然出现裂纹和破损现象,但是在机架间裂纹将自行修复。

Abstract:It is introduced the developing law and deformation of scale in finish rolling of hot continuous rolling,concluded the growth and deformation law of scale.It is showed from the site technological test that to control the depth of scale in finish rolling plays a main role for reducing scale depth on products;because the elongation of scale is smaller than half of that of rolling parts,the scale layer must be cracked and damaged but it can be recovered automatically between stands.
