摘    要:宣钢1260m^3高炉经过系统优化生产工艺,采取加强炼铁厂内精料工作、合理上下部调剂、平衡好护炉与强化关系和强化技术操作管理等措施,实现了低硅低硫生铁冶炼,改善了高炉生产技术指标。

Abstract:With production process systematically optimized and the following measures adopted: strengthening the concentrate treating work, regulating reasonably the work in upper and lower parts, balancing the relation between furnace protecting and consolidation, Strengthening the technique operation management, the smelting process with low-Si and low-S iron was realized in 1260 m3 B.F. of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company and the technical indexes of production are improved.
