摘    要:唐钢公司第一钢轧厂1#板坯连铸机结晶器窄边锥度变化较大是影响铸坯拉速及质量的重要原因,结合借鉴3#、4#机调宽结构的设计要点,通过对1#机窄面调宽机构的优化和完善,稳定了1 700板坯连铸生产,提高了板坯质量,延长了结晶器铜板的使用寿命。

Abstract:Too much change of taper ratio of narrow side of mold has an important influence on billet drawing speed and its quality.Through optimization and improvement of adjusting mechanism of narrow side of mold of No.1 caster,continuous casting production of 1700 billet is stabilized,quality improved,utilization life of copper plate of mole prolonged.
