烧结环冷机余热发电补热炉技术研究

摘    要:根据承钢1#、2#、3#烧结环冷机余热发电不能满负荷生产的情况,研究开发出一种烟气补热炉,向余热锅炉内补充需要的一定温度的烟气量,以提高发电能力。改造后,每年可实现效益近1 600万元,9个月可收回投资,经济效益显著。

Abstract:To solve the problem of generating electricity with surplus energy of sintering circular cooler not being able to reach full load, a kind of gas heat - supplementing furnace is developed to add gas with some temperature into surplus energy boiler to enhance electricity - generating capacity. After that reformation a profit of almost 16 million yuans per year can be got and the investment can be recouped within 9 months.
