杂质对钒产品生产过程的影响

摘    要:介绍钒渣焙烧、钒液净化、多钒酸铵沉淀、废水处理工艺。分析钒渣成分,采用ICP光谱分析法分析了钒液、多钒酸铵、废水中硅、磷、钙、铝、铁、铬、镁杂质含量,通过试验对比找出杂质对焙烧转化率、多钒酸铵产品质量及废水处理工艺的影响,给出相应的解决方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process of roasting of vanadium slag, purification of vanadium solution, waste water treatment.By analyzing the composition of vanadium slag, and the impurity contents of Si, P, Ca, Fe, Al, Cr, Mg, and so on in vanadium, ammonium vanadate and waste water are analyzed by ICP spectroscopy analysis.The influence of impurities on the roasting conversion rate, the quality of ammonium vanadate and the wastewater treatment process were studied by experimental comparison,, and the corresponding solution are given.
