| 摘 要： | 介绍了邢钢新建的180m^2烧结机利用厚料层烧结、低温烧结、匀温烧结和高氧化性气氛烧结等技术实现小球烧结过程，转鼓强度提高了10．65个百分点，FeO催化剂含量下降了1．37个百分点工艺。

| Abstract: | The process to realize small pellet sintering with techniques, such as thick ore layer sintering, low-temperature sintering, homogeneous-temperature sintering and high-oxidization-air sintering, with the new-built 180 m2 sintering machine in Xing Steel is introduced. With that the tumbler-test intensity increases by 10.65 percent, content of FeO catalyst reduces by 1.37 percent. |
