摘    要:本文对X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定高铝耐火材料中Al2O3的测量不确定度来源进行了详细的分析,对XRF法测定高铝耐火材料中Al2O3结果的测量不确定度进行了仔细的评定,最终给出了扩展不确定度。

Abstract:The sources of the uncertainty in measurement for the determination of Al2O3 content in refractory material of high-content aluminium by XRF were analyzed and discussed in detail.Moreover,the uncertainty in measurement was calculated and evaluated with the actual instance. At last the expanded uncertainty was also expressed, which provided the effective and credible quality data to the quality control.
