还原焙烧产品中锡的物相分析方法研究

摘    要:研究选定氢氧化钠 -酒石酸钠作氧化亚锡的选择性溶剂 ,较好地解决了长期存在的氧化亚锡与硅酸锡难分离问题 ,建立了将还原焙烧产品中锡分为氯化亚锡、氧化亚锡、金属锡、硅酸锡、二氧化锡五相测定的新方法。该法分相合理且适应性广 ,满足了冶金科研生产需要。

Abstract:Sodium hydroxide-sodium tartrate was chosen as the selective solvent for SnO in this study, which solved common problem of the separation of SnO and SnSiO 4. A new method was developed for the determination of Sn in reduction-roasting product as distributed five phases, i. e., SnCl 2, SnO, Sn. SnSiO 4 and SnO 2. This new method has the characteristics of reasonable distribution, wide adaptability and also meets the requirement of metallurgical scientific research and production.
