| 摘 要： | 用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪对低合金钢中微量钙的测定方法进行研究 ,对分析谱线、试样空白、仪器参数、回收率等进行了试验讨论。在高分辨率ICP -AES仪上 ,于 3 93.3nm处直接测量 ,钙的检出限wCa =0 .0 0 0 2 % ,标准偏差为0.0 0 3 7%。无须分离基体或进行干扰校正。

| Abstract: | A method was described for determining trace Ca in steel by ICP-AES with high resolution spectrometer, the selection of the analytical wavelength,the blank of sample and instrumental parameters have been discussed.The optimum analysis line of 393.3nm was selected for determining trace calcium. At this wavelength, it need not separate the matrix and correct the interference. The detection limit was o.0002% for Ca and the standard deviation was 0.0037%. |
