| 摘 要： | 由于国内矿业权市场刚刚起步，市场法则不完善，特别是二级（转让）矿业权市场，由于交易过程遵守市场经济的自愿原则，交易过程凸现一些无序性，我们从矿业权二级市场的特征着手，对矿业权交易过程中存在的问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | As the mining right market has just started,so the law of market is not perfect.Especially,some business shows unordered in the secondary(attornment) mining right market,because that the trade process obeys the voluntary principle of market economy.We discuss these problems which occurred in the trade process based on the characteristics of the secondary mining right market. |
