光面掏槽爆破技术的研究及其在巷道掘进中的应用

摘    要:选择合理的掏槽形式,提高巷道掘进过程中的炮孔利用率,能够降低巷道掘进成本,加快巷道掘进速度。针对传统直眼掏槽爆破在硬脆性花岗岩中夹制性大、炮孔利用率低等问题,提出光面掏槽爆破法。采用LS-DYNA三维非线性动力有限元程序对爆炸荷载作用下的应力波传播及破岩过程进行数值研究,数值模拟清晰地体现了掏槽爆破岩石破碎、槽腔扩展过程,模拟结果表明光面掏槽技术爆破效果良好,能够有效提高炮孔的利用率。将该掏槽爆破法应用于某矿区巷道掘进工程中,取得了良好的爆破效果,对类似硬岩巷道的爆破掘进施工具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Choosing a reasonable cutting form can improve the utilization ratio of blasting holes in the process of tunnel excavation and speed up the roadway driving speed. In view of the traditional parallel cutting,there is a big clamp system and low utilization ratio of blasting holes,therefore,the smooth-cutting blasting technology have been proposed in this paper. By using the three-dimensional nonlinear dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA,the elasticity calculation model was established to analyze the generation and transmission of stress under explosive charge,the numerical simulation clearly shows the process of rock fragmentation and expansion of the cavity,the numerical results show that the smooth-rectangular cutting blasting effect is good and can effectively improve the utilization rate of blasting holes. It is applied to the tunnel excavation engineering in a mining area,and has achieved satisfactory blasting effect,which have important guiding significance to the similar tunnel blasting excavation construction.
