TZM合金的性能及机理研究

摘    要:试验研究了合金元素的不同添加方式对TZM合金的组织和性能的影响,最终确定了合金元素的合理添加方式。本文着重研究了TZM合金在不同温度下的抗拉强度和再结晶温度,通过与纯钼相比较,得出TZM合金优异的高温性能,并研究分析了不同合金元素的强化机理。

Abstract:TZM molybdenum alloys are fabricated through different ways of adding alloy elements,and reasonable adding method of alloy element is ascertained based on its structure and properties.The tensile strength and the recrystallization temperature of TZM alloy and that of pure molybdenum at different temperatures are compared,and a conclusion is drawn that the TZM alloy has excellent high temperature performance.Finally,the strengthening mechanism of different alloy elements is researched and analyzed.
