新华钼矿竖井延深联合方案的实践

摘    要:新华钼矿生产竖井需要延深,上部还要正常生产,原竖井下掘到目前位置又没有给以后的延深留有足够的条件,给下一步延深留下了很大不便因素,本文重点分析论述竖井延深方案的选择和上下部分连接后安全防护的设计及相关的计算。因为在方案选择上处理得当将最小限度的影响生产,使得上部生产和下部井建获得最大效益,更重要的是使竖井下掘时避免重大安全事故的发生。

Abstract:Xinhua molybdenum shafts need to extend deep,but also keep the upper part functioning normally.The original shaft dug into the current location leaves no sufficient space for the next phase of extension,which is a great inconvenient factor.This article mainly analyzed and discussed the deep shaft extension options and the upper and lower parts of the program connected to security design and related calculations.Because the choice of handling it appropriately in the program will be minimal impact of production,enabling the upper and lower production wells built for maximum efficiency,more importantly,is to dig under the shaft to avoid major security incidents from occurring.
