| 摘 要： | 有机钼是一些可溶于润滑油或润滑脂中的钼化合物。如二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(简称MoDTP)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(固体,简称MoDTC)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(液体,简称MoDTC)和钼胺络合物(简称Mo-A)等。它们是润滑油或润滑脂的减摩、抗磨、极压和抗氧化添加剂。本文主要概括了全球两大巨头公司:美国康涅狄格州的R.T.范德比尔特公司和日本东京的旭电化工株式会社关于有机钼的发展现状,详细介绍了两家公司关于有机钼的研发过程和制备方法,重点阐述了MoDTC和Mo-A的制备工艺。

| Abstract: | The production of organic molybdenum, such as molybdenum dialkyl - dithiophosphate （ MoDTP）, molybdenum dithiocarbamate （ Solid, MoDTC） , molybdenum dithiocarbamate （ Liquid, MoDTC） and amine - molyb- denum （ Mo - A） , are the soluble molybdenum compounds in the lubricating oil or grease as antifriction, antiwear, extreme pressure and antioxidation additives. The developments of organic molybdenum in the R.T. Vanderbih Company Inc. （ Connecticut, USA） and the Asahi Denka Kogyo K.K. （Tokyo, Japan） were presented in this pa- per. And it introduced in detail the R＆D process and preparation of the production of organic molybdenum in the two giant companies worldwide, emphasied on the preparation technology of MoDTC and Mo - A. |
