INITIAL DISCUSSION OF MINE COST FORECAST AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

With the development of informatization and automatization,competitions become more intense among different enterprises.In order to survive and develop,the enterprises must own more predominance,especially in cost.From the view of enterprise managers in non-ferrous industry,the formation of cost and the problems in cost management were analyzed.Based on the idea of cost reduction,an information management system which could effectively realize data arrangement,cost accounting and cost forecast has been put forward.
