大力推进钼酸铵结晶抗团聚剂与连续蒸发结晶器的应用

摘    要:分析表明,钼酸铵结晶抗团聚剂,虽然已经有了一些实验结果,也已有了初步的理论解释,但仍未在生产中获得实际应用;连续蒸发结晶器,在国内尚处于刚刚起步阶段,但是,在国外已经广泛采用。因此,我国应当大力推进抗团聚剂与连续蒸发结晶器的应用。本研究表明,我国两类钼酸铵结晶过程,其中包括,第一类,易溶性钼酸铵结晶,二钼酸铵、七钼酸铵;第二类,难溶性钼酸铵结晶,四钼酸铵、十二钼酸铵、八钼酸铵,都程度不同地存在团聚性与稳定性问题。它们严重地制约着我国钼业技术水平与产品质量的提高。为此,本文就抗团聚机理与连续蒸发结晶器原理进行了阐述。

Abstract:The studies results have shown that anti-agglomerating agents for the ammonium molybdates crystallization have not been practically used in production,though a part of experimental results have been completed,preliminary theory explanation has been found already;Though the continuous evaporation crystallizer equipments have not been used in domestic,but production adopt has been wide-spread abroad.The study has found that the cation surface active agents has anti-agglomerating function for the ammonium molybdates crystallization,and the continuous evaporating crystallizer has uniform and stable particles.In order to produce first kind of ammonium molybdates(dissolved easily in water),with fine,uniform particles,continuous evaporation crystallizer equipment plays very important role.We must push this work forward.
