摘    要:进行了某选钼尾矿的多元素、矿物物相和辉钼矿单体解离度分析,对比研究了常规浮选和重选脱泥流程、进行了粗选条件试验和闭路工艺研究。结果表明,通过工艺的改善和作业条件控制,可获得品位大于45%、回收率大于40%的钼精矿,经济效益斐然。

Abstract:The multi - element, mineralogical phase and mineral liberation of a molybdenum tailing were analysed, the comparison experiment between conventional flotation and desliming with gravity separater, the rough condition, and closed circuit were studied. The result shows that the up to 45% molybdenum concentrate grade and up to 40% recovery could be achieved by new process and well technology condition.
