摘    要:以铜带为研究对象,从微合金化和加工工艺两大途径改善其耐热性能。着重介绍现阶段散热器带和引线框架带耐热性能改善的工艺控制方法和手段,并结合大量提高铜带耐热性能的工艺实践,深入分析铜带合金化和基于合金化的加工工艺这两个途径对铜带耐热性能改善的原理和应用,最后对比Cu-Sn和Cu-Fe系方法工艺特点,提出散热器用铜带生产工艺新途径。

Abstract:Microalloying and processing technology may strengthen the heat resistance of copper strip. Combined with case histories, the paper illustrated the current methodology for the process control on the heat resistance of radiator strip and lead - frame strip; it reviewed the principle and application in improving heat resistance through analyzing copper strip microalloying and processing technology based on microallying; comparing Cu-Sn with Cu-Fe on processing technology, it proposed new ap- proach to produce copper strip for radiator.
