摘    要:挤压轮是连续挤压机的主要零部件之一,在工作过程中受坯料塑性变形热的作用,轮槽表面周期性地承受较高的温度载荷,其温度与热应变分布是设计人员非常关心的问题。本文自行设计了试验装置,首次采集了挤压轮轮槽底部的工作温度,并利用有限元分析软件MSC.MARC对挤压轮的温度场分布进行了三维动态有限元分析,得到了温度和热应变的分布规律,为改进挤压轮的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Wheel is one of the main parts of continuous extrusion machine, affected by the deforming heat of rod billet. The surface of the wheel groove endures higher thermal load periodically. People care about the distribution of temperature and thermal strain on the wheel. So in this paper, the author designed a testing device, got the working temperature of a point under groove, and got the temperature and thermal strain distribution laws on the wheel by simulated with MSC. Marc software using three dimensional dynamical finite element method. The simulation result provides a reference for improving the wheel design.
