摘    要:薄带材生产中,圆盘剪剪切侧隙、重叠量等参数设定合适,带材边部仍会出现荷叶边等问题。文章通过对圆盘剪切边过程进行受力分析,分析了荷叶边产生的原因,提出获得较好切边质量应采取的措施,以改善圆盘剪切边质量。

Abstract:Edge wave defect is prone to appear in strip production even with proper parameters of rotary blade shear such as clearance, overlap, etc.Using the force analysis in trimming, the paper analyzed the causes of edge wave, and it proposed the improvements for better quality on trimming, thereby improving the trimming quality of rotary blade shear.
