摘    要:无铅焊料中添加硒可提高润湿性能,但硒不能直接添加到无铅焊料熔体中,需以Sn-Se中间合金形式添加,常规采用真空或惰性气体保护炉制备Sn-Se中间合金,但存在产生剧毒的二氧化硒和硒损耗大等诸多问题。本文探讨采用包裹挤压法制备Sn-Se中间合金,克服了现有技术的不足,研究表明该法设备投入少、操作容易、效果较好。

Abstract:Selenium can improve the wetting properties for lead -free solder, but selenium can not be directly added to the lead - free solders melt, being added by the Sn - Se intermediate alloy. The conventional method prepares the intermediate alloys of Sn - Se is vacuum or inert gas protection furnace, but there is to produce highly toxic selenium dioxide and selenium great loss of many problems. This article explores the use of the parcel to squeeze the middle of Sn - Se alloy, overcoming the deficiencies of the existing technology. It shows that equipment costs lower, being easy to operate and the better of the Preparation Method.
