摘    要:借助于液淬技术、光学显微镜和电子显微镜,考察了等温热处理技术制备AM60B镁合金非枝晶锭料的可能性,研究了AM60B镁合金的微观组织演变。结果表明:AM60B镁合金铸件经过620℃×60min半固态等温热处理后,枝晶状的铸态组织变成圆整的球状半固态组织;半固态等温热处理过程中非枝晶组织的形成主要是由于原子扩散和能量起伏等原因造成。

Abstract:The possibility of manufacturing AM60B magnesium alloy non-dendritic ingot is investigated through liquid quenching techniques, optical microscopy and electron microscopy, the microstructure evolution of AM60B magnesium alloy was studied. The results showed that: AM60B magnesium alloy changes from the large dendritic structure to the roundness spherical semisolid tissue after 620℃× 60min semi-solid isothermal heat treatment; non-dendritic structure during semi-solid isothermal heat treatment was mainly due to the formation of atomic diffusion and energy fluctuations and other reasons.
